The
Bucktown Respite is a 1,000 sq. ft. five room, 2-bedroom apartment
accented with art collected from around the world. The
building was constructed in 1929 in the Arts and Crafts style and has
been refurbished to enhance its vintage characteristics while offering
all the modern comforts.
The apartment overlooks a 4.000 sq. ft. award-winning garden where the
owner raises Monarch butterflies through the summer. Take your respite
outdoors and relax in one of the garden’s four patios.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed
with a deluxe Sealy Posturpedic pillow top mattress. The second bedroom
has a twin day bed and a desk and can easily be converted into an office
for longer stays, or a child’s room with a crib.
The sunny kitchen is fully equipped with complete dinner service, small
