RATES*

Nightly:

Minimum stay is 2 nights. Rate includes a welcome basket. Add 11.9% tax.

$195 per night for 1-2 guests in one bedroom
$215 per night for 2-3 guests in two bedrooms
$20 each additional guest up to 5 total guests (including children) sleeping on twin Aerobeds, sofa or crib
$100 single weekend premium when a Friday or Saturday are included April 1st to September 30th

Weekly:

Rate includes a welcome basket. Weekend premium is waived. Add 11.9% tax.

April through December

$1170 per week 1-2 guests in one bedroom
$1290 per week 2-3 guests in two bedrooms
$70 each additional guest up to 5 total guests (including children) sleeping on twin Aerobed, sofa or crib

January through March

$ 940 per week 1-2 guests in one bedroom
$1030 per week 2-3 guests in two bedrooms
$70 each additional guest up to 5 total guests (including children) sleeping on twin Aerobed, sofa or crib

Monthly:
Rates are based on 2-3 person occupancy. $100 per month additional charge for 4th guest/child. Taxes and weekend premium are waived. Rate includes weekly linen changes and alternate-week house cleaning.

$2950 per month - April through December
$2400 per month - January through March

Occupancy limit: 5 persons (queen bed, twin bed, twin Aerobed, sofa/crib)

Reservation & Payment:  Your reservation will be held with a valid credit card number, or a cash/check payment for one-night's stay. We prefer the balance to be paid by check or in cash, however we will charge your credit card if you prefer.

Full payment is due upon arrival.

Check In / Check Out:  Check-out is 11:00 am and check-in is 3:00 PM.  When possible we are happy to accommodate early check-in and late check-out at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy:  There is a $25 charge for all cancellations. In addition, cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to full payment unless we are able to re-book the apartment.

Pet Policy:  We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
